Kate Middleton Was Spotted Hours After Issuing Apology Over Photoshopped Family Photo

Kate Middleton was seen yesterday, just hours after the embarrassing photo mess that made royal fans all over the world scratch their heads.

To catch you up, a picture of the Princess of Wales released by the Palace started going around on Sunday in honor of Mother’s Day in the UK. But soon after, it was taken down by a number of well-known picture agencies, including Getty Images and the Associated Press, because they thought it had been “manipulated.”

Uncertainty about Kate’s health after her 13-day hospital stay in January for a “planned abdominal procedure” didn’t stop rumors. We haven’t heard much about the Princess’s health since then, which has made many people wonder if everything is really as it seems.

A lot of people are believing in conspiracies these days, so it’s not strange that yesterday’s confusion about the Mother’s Day picture generated so much attention.

“At closer inspection, it appears that the source has manipulated the image,” part of AP’s message said. “No replacement image will be sent. Please remove it from all platforms, including social, where it may still be visible.”

The story then took a new turn when Kate apologized for the picture and said she had edited it herself.

Following the New York Post, the Duchess of Cornwall wrote on X (formerly Twitter) that she was the one who changed the picture, stating, “Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing.” She added: “I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.”

The Princess then said, “I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day” and signed off casually with “C,” which is her first name, Catherine.

Even though Kate said she was sorry, most people online still think that something, possibly something important, is being kept from the public. After all, Kate hadn’t been seen in 70 days before TMZ released a poor picture of her last week. Also, there aren’t many details known about the parts of her surgery in January.

That might be what makes the story that Kate was seen yesterday even more interesting. Fox News says that a picture of the Princess of Wales and Prince William in the back of a car was taken just hours after she apologized for the photo editing mess.

Some say the Princess was going to a secret meeting, while William later joined Queen Camilla and other members of the Royal Family at Westminster Abbey for the Commonwealth Day Service of Celebration.

Fox News says that Queen Camilla and Prince William led the royal procession to the church. King Charles, who is currently fighting cancer, was not there.
