If You Wake Up Every Night At The Same Time This Is What It Means
If you find yourself waking up at the same time every night, then it means that your body is trying to send you some message.
The human body consists of meridians. They are the channels through which energy is passed to the different part of our body. Every organ receives a different level of energy at different times of the day. Somehow, when the meridian gets blocked or the energy cannot get through, then it results in the piling up of that energy, which also leads to disrupting a person’s sleep.
Below are the lists of a few organs which are associated with different times:
Between 9 pm to 11 pm
In our busy monotonous lives, nobody gets the time to hit the bed at 9pm. Some people who work in the morning, or those whose shift gets over by evening, get to sleep early. Sometimes, they feel like they cannot sleep or they wake up every time at the same time. It indicates that subconsciously the body might be in flight mode or is way too stressed about something. The immunity system of our body gets replenished at that time and if we find trouble sleeping then the best solution is to chant positive mantras.
Between 11 pm to 1 am
Gall bladder is a very important part of a human body. All the energy that is released through the meridian during this hour is concentrated towards the gallbladder. A blocked meridian or disturbance in sleep at this very hour means that you are being way too judgmental about people and making premature evaluations about them. This can also be triggered if you have ever been let down in love or if your love life is not going too well. The best remedy for this is to go easy on yourself, be patient, not hesitating in forgiving anyone.
Between 1 am to 3 am
This is the time when the maximum number of people wake up every day. It is the time when most of the energy is passing through the meridians and replenishing the conditions of the liver. Proper digestion, keeping the hormones in balance and clearing the toxins out of our bodies are the major functions of the liver. When a person wakes up at this point, it suggests that the liver is not functioning properly or that the body is going through a lot of stress. It also indicates rage, fretfulness, remorse. This may also happen because of too much of yang energy in our body and we must try balancing it out with more intake if yin energy.

Between 3 am to 5 am
This is the time when the energy that is released through the meridian caters mostly to the lungs. Lungs are a very important organ in a human body. Breathing helps our body to relax and fills our body with energies to work the next day. When there is a blockage in the meridian, and the energy flow to the lungs is disrupted, then we wake up at this hour. This represents emotions and grief. When we have been going through emotional trauma, or have been grief-stricken for very long time, we allow all these feelings to bottle up and then one day they come out in the most unusual way possible. In order to deal with this kind of situation, we must have more faith in ourselves and take deep, mindful breaths from time to time.
Between 5 am to 7 am
This is the point of time when the energy flows through the meridian to cater to the large intestine. The large intestine is an integral part of the digestive system of the human body. It mainly helps in removing all kinds of toxic waste from our body. If a person wakes up every time at this hour then it suggests that the large intestine is not working very well. This also suggests that there are some emotions hidden deep within your body but you are not willing to let them go. In order to better yourself, one can chant positive mantras about letting go and also cleanse your body every once in a while.
