Woman Finds Abandoned Cat And Keeps Him — Two Months Later She Made The Shocking Discovery
Florencia Lobo and her little brother, Mateo, had always loved animals. Growing up in the bustling streets of Argentina, they often found themselves helping strays and injured creatures.
One sunny afternoon, as they were on their way back from school, fate led them to a heart-wrenching discovery.
Nestled under a dilapidated crate, they stumbled upon a pair of tiny kittens, their eyes barely open, alongside their deceased mother.
Filled with sadness and concern, the siblings assumed the kittens’ mother was a stray who had met a tragic fate during or after giving birth.
Determined to help, they carefully gathered the kittens in their arms and headed home, hoping to provide them with some comfort and nourishment.
Despite their best efforts, only one of the kittens managed to cling to life. They named him Tito, a symbol of strength amidst adversity.
Florencia and Mateo dedicated their time and love to nurse Tito back to health.
Day by day, the kitten grew stronger, revealing an affectionate and playful personality that instantly melted their hearts.
As Tito flourished, he became an integral part of the Lobo family.
He would follow Florencia and Mateo wherever they went, filling their lives with joy and companionship.
Florencia often marveled at how unique Tito looked compared to other cats she had encountered, but she dismissed it, thinking he was just a special breed.
However, as time passed, Florencia noticed something peculiar about Tito.
He seemed to be growing at an alarming rate, far beyond what was typical for domestic cats.
His graceful movements and powerful strides left her in awe, but she chalked it up to him being a healthy and robust feline.
One day, when Tito was around two months old, Florencia noticed that his appearance was becoming increasingly distinct.
She decided it was time to take him to the vet for a routine checkup.
The veterinarian, a seasoned expert in his field, examined Tito carefully.
As he observed the growing feline, a glimmer of recognition flashed in his eyes.
He knew he had seen something like this before, but the answer eluded him momentarily.
With a puzzled expression, he recommended that Florencia reach out to a local wildlife reserve in Yerba Buena, Argentina.
Florencia called the wildlife reserve and arranged to take Tito there for further examination.
Upon arrival, the reserve’s staff greeted her warmly but were also astonished by Tito’s size and appearance.
As they conducted various tests, their excitement grew, and whispers filled the air.
Tito was no ordinary house cat; he was a puma, a majestic wildcat native to the Argentinian wilderness.
Stunned and amazed, Florencia couldn’t believe what she had just heard.

The realization filled her heart with a mix of emotions, but one thing remained certain — the bond she had formed with Tito was unbreakable.
Though he was a puma, he had become a cherished member of their family, and nothing would change that memory, even after Tito was taken away to a wildlife preserve to be properly taken care of, and possibly be released back into wilderness.
