The first thing you can do is make your resolutions a fun thing again. The only reason we sometimes don’t believe in them is because they are either too random or boring. We set unrealistic goals and expect to fulfill them. Therefore we only punish ourselves. Start with fun things like writing a book, learning a musical instrument etc instead of having breakfast or exercising.
You also get to know what is good for you and what isn’t and whatever pushes you out of your comfort zone will surely be good for you.

First relax yourself and then breath in and out then choose the one you feel spiritually connected to.
