Mom Leaves Son With Neighbor ‘For An Hour’ But Never Returns – So Woman Does This Instead
Rosalinda was so young when it happened. A neighbour stopped by and asked if she could take care of her son while she goes to shop for an hour, but little did she know the mother will never come back to pick up her child.
Almost every person would turn to the authorities and hand over the child without any second thought, but Rosalinda didn’t do what most would.
This was a blessing in disguise, because she found out she couldn’t have children of her own.
She shared: “That little boy stayed with me through my marriage that I’ve spoken about before until he was 18 when he found his dad and left to start a new life.”
The experience made her aware that she could possibly care for more children.
On her TikTok account, Rosalinda revealed that when her son left at 18 years old, she felt like a part of her was taken away. She then made a firm decision to take more children into her home.
Rosalinda had to offer a lot more love and safety to more children.
“I decided to become a foster parent. My first foster child was a little boy called Adeola. Over the years I’ve fostered many children and that led up to me getting my daughter,” Rosalinda shared in a TikTok video.
After Rosalinda fostered Adeola, she choose to take many other children under her wing, which led her to adopt a baby girl named Lola in 1990.
“She came to me in mid May 1990, such a beautiful little baby, such beautiful eyes and she’s been with me ever since,” she said.
Lola is now in her 30s, and spends precious time with her mom and has appeared in some of her TikTok videos.
Mama Rosalinda now has over 84,000 followers and more than million likes on her videos. She tells stories about her life as a mom and the obstacles she had to overcome through the years.
A lot of people expressed their support in the comment section, and truly appreciate the kindness and love she offered to all the children.

If Rosalinda did anything different with that little boy when she was in her 20s, God knows where he would end up now. Thanks to her love, kindness and protection, many children have far better lives today.
