John Schneider Slams Beyoncé’s New Country Song And Compares Her To ”A Urinating Dog”

John Schneider, who plays Dukes of Hazzard, seems to have strong feelings about Beyoncé’s move into country music.

Schneider is very critical of Beyoncé in an interview with the conservative One American News Network. He doesn’t think twice about what he says.

Beyoncé fans wanted one of her new songs, “Texas Hold ‘Em,” to be played on a country music radio station in Oklahoma last week, which made the 63-year-old star very angry.

When Schneider met with Alison Steinberg, host of OANN, the two talked about the country music and how it has changed over the years.

”The lefties in the entertainment industry just won’t leave any area alone, right? They just have to seize control over every aspect, don’t they?” Steinberg said while talking to Schneider.

Schneider says that Beyoncé’s move into country music is like “a dog peeing on a tree” to show where she lives.

The actor replied, ”They’ve got to make their mark, just like a dog in a dog walk park. You know, every dog has to mark every tree, right? So that’s what’s going on here.”

He said that singers like the 32-time Grammy winner should stay in their comfort zones and not try to make country music. Schneider may not have heard everything yet, though, since Beyoncé is putting out a new record on March 29, 2024, called Renaissance: Act II.

Fans think it might be a full-length country record.

Schneider didn’t like what he heard from Beyoncé, but he also talked about how many pop stars are moving into country music.

It is said that singers like Post Malone and Lana Del Rey would also like to try out the popular genre. About 76 million Americans listen to country music every week, so it makes sense that big-name artists might want to reach out to this huge fan group and become more popular. Schneider’s position shows that many people in the country music world are worried about how pop music is changing the genre.

Some people might think it’s odd that Schneider is speaking out about this, but he has a lot of experience in the country music business. In the 1980s, he made a name for himself in the business with nine solo albums, a collection of his best songs, and eighteen singles.

Among these releases were hits like “I’ve Been Around Enough to Know,” “Country Girls,” “What’s a Memory Like You,” and “You’re the Last Thing I Needed Tonight,” were big hits on the Billboard country singles lists. Schneider took part in season ten of The Masked Singer as “Donut” in 2023. He still acts.

What do Beyoncé fans have to say?

Not surprisingly, the mean things said about Beyoncé were heard. Schneider’s comments did not go over well with fans of the pop star. Many of them called him “racist and hateful” for saying that Beyoncé was like a dog that was going to the bathroom.

Some of them used X, which used to be Twitter, to say what they thought.

”Country music was created by black folks,” one fan pointed out.

“Cross overs are not new. Paul McCartney released a country song 50 years ago (Country Dreamer and Sally G)…even the Stones had a huge country influence (Dead Flowers Far Away Eyes) so don’t understand this is about Beyonce unless it’s because she’s….,” another person wrote.

”Imagine gatekeeping a genre of music that black people created, imagine getting mad that a southern artist from Texas decided to go back to her roots. BTW This is not her first country song!!,” one fan added.
