Jennifer Garner’s Daughter Violet Looks EXACTLY Like Her Famous Mom

For that reason, Jennifer Garner, the adored actress from films like “13 Going on 30,” is adamant about keeping her personal life under wraps.
After having three children with Ben Affleck—Violet Anne, 18, Seraphina Rose, 14, and Samuel, 11—Jennifer knows how important it is to keep her children away from prying eyes.
While appearing on Katie Couric’s podcast “Next Question with Katie Couric,” Jennifer recently voiced her worries about the influence of social media on young brains.
Jennifer is active on social media for her job and her organic baby food business, Once Upon a Farm, but she has chosen not to give her kids Instagram accounts.
Jennifer expressed her concern about the impact of social media on children, describing it as a “huge problem.”
Jennifer takes on the role of guide and promotes open dialogue whenever her eldest daughter Violet periodically mentions wanting an Instagram account.
However, she stresses the significance of holding off until proof is found that adolescent girls experience true joy through Instagram.
“When you can show me studies that say that teenage girls are happier using Instagram than not,” she says as a parental guideline. She continued, “then we can have the conversation. But everything you look at, I don’t see anything positive for you out there.”
The idea that Instagram can have a negative impact on her children’s mental health is something that Jennifer wants them to avoid.
Although Ben and Jennifer Lopez occasionally post family photos to social media, a recent snapshot of Ben, Jennifer, and their daughter Violet—who is currently 18 years old—attracted a lot of attention.
