103-Year-Old Russian Doctor Came Up With The Perfect Menu – Admits This Food And Regimen Is The Fountain oF Young

A famous surgeon and professor Feodor Grigorevich Uglov lived up to 103 years and had a very productive life and enviable health. He always weighed about 65 kilograms.

Feodor also made in the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest operating surgeon in the world. His longevity was not on a whim. It was his attitude towards it, his rules and diet that made it all possible.

Professor Uglov claimed that excessive intake of food and lack of exercise is the cause of many diseases and surgeries that could be prevented or cured beforehand, only if the patient abandoned lethargy and gluttony.

Overeating causes immunosuppression, changes the blood composition, in particular, it causes growth of level of cholesterol and creates joint problems, amongst hundreds of other detrimental effects on health and wellbeing. Especially important, professor Uglov considered preservation of normal weight and physical activity at mature age when the metabolism is slowed down is a must.

  • High activity, both physical and mental;
  • Observance of a work-rest schedule
  • Hardening (douches by cold water));
  • A Restful sleep for at least 7-8 hours a day;
  • Full refusal of alcohol and smoking;
  • Restrictions of food..

The doctor recommends eating eggs, fast meat, fish, vegetables, fruits and cottage cheese and other fermented milk products in a daily diet and not to limit oneself in liquid consumption. Uglov refuse to eat bread and sweets, and in his opinion if we eat bread it should be black, no more than 150g per day. He also says that we shouldn’t eat smoked or salted products. Meals should be frequent, at least 4 times a day with smaller portions.

To lose weight, Feodor Uglov recommends a 2 month diet that can shed 3-5 kilograms a month. It can be perfect for clarification of the organism. The diet is well-balanced, easily doable and is not very strict. However, the doctor recommends eating on hours.

The daily diet of doctor Uglov

9:00 – black tea or natural coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
11:00 – 1 boiled egg, 8 prunes, soaked in water.
14:00 – 200 grams of low-fat boiled meat (chicken, beef, lean pork), 100 grams of fresh or boiled carrots or cabbage, 1 orange.
17:00 – 30 grams of solid low-fat cheese, an orange or an apple.
20:00 – 250 milliliters of kefir, curdled milks, yogurt without additives.

Except a diet, weight loss can be helped by applying additional rules of the doctor:

Leave the kitchen table before you overeat. If you can’t swallow the next bite, you have eaten way too much, and it will surely affect your health and weight long term.

Do not sleep after eating, or have some kind of a rest. After food, one should get to work almost immediately.

The last meal should be at least a few hours before going to bed, no later than 20:00PM.

Even if you’re not a Christian – don’t neglect church posts. Doctor Uglov was also respectful to the wisdom of our ancestors. The post can have many benefits, and it’s okay to refuse animal products for a certain period of time and reduce the volume of consumed food. It will result in much more energy and shedding the extra weight.

Move as much as you can, go for long walks, workout, especially workout if your work doesn’t involve physical activity.

Fedor also avoids products with artificial additives that can do serious harm to the body. The more natural the food is, the more change we have of living a long, healthy and happy life.
