Meals should be frequent, at least 4 times a day with smaller portions.

9:00 – black tea or natural coffee with 1 teaspoon of sugar.
11:00 – 1 boiled egg, 8 prunes, soaked in water.

Do not sleep after eating, or have some kind of a rest. After food, one should get to work almost immediately.

The last meal should be at least a few hours before going to bed, no later than 20:00PM.

Even if you’re not a Christian – don’t neglect church posts. Doctor Uglov was also respectful to the wisdom of our ancestors. The post can have many benefits, and it’s okay to refuse animal products for a certain period of time and reduce the volume of consumed food. It will result in much more energy and shedding the extra weight.

Move as much as you can, go for long walks, workout, especially workout if your work doesn’t involve physical activity.
