For this recipe you’ll need:
1 cup organic apple juice
2 tbsp. organic lemon juice
1 tbsp. organic ginger juice
½ tsp. of sea salt
½ cup purified warm water
DIRECTIONS:
1. Using a simple juicer, first whirl these ingredients (fruits, roots, etc.).
2. Using a saucepan, add around 3.5 ounces of purified water and heat the water using a low heat. Heat
the water enough to dissolve the salt but not enough to boil.
3. Pour the warm water into a glass and add the sea salt.
4. Stir the water until the salt is dissolved.
5. Add the apple, lemon juice, and ginger to the glass and stir well.
The healthy ginger, apple, and lemon cleansing drink is now ready to digest!
HOW TO USE IT?
Drink one glass of this magical detox recipe three to four times a week, but make sure you drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Oh! And don’t forget to wait 40 minutes before your breakfast.
