Lionel Richie’s Daughter Sofia Richie Stunned Her Guests With Three Dresses On Wedding In South Of France
Marriage is a solemn occasion. Sofia Richie, daughter of legendary singer Lionel Richie, had a spectacular wedding in the South of France this past weekend.

The daughter of Lionel Richie and model Sofia Richie recently got married. She wed British record executive Elliot Grainge in a picturesque ceremony in the South of France.
On August 24, 1998, Sofia Richie was born to Lionel and his second wife, Diane Alexander.
In 2004, her parents separated. Richie has dated the likes of famous people like the Kardashians’ Scott Disick and Justin Bieber in the past.
All of the bridesmaids wore custom-made Chanel gowns for the big day.
Her first bridal outfit was a stunning Chanel Haute Couture gown with a high neck and long sleeves. She wore it to her wedding’s rehearsal dinner. In the exquisite beaded gown, she was a vision.
In a video of the blushing bride published by Vogue, Richie can be heard saying ‘I’m scared to move because I don’t want to ruin one bead.” The bride gushed, “This is like a fairytale. It really is. It’s like an art piece. I feel like a princess, I really do!”
Her older sister Nicole Richie designed the diamond drop earrings she used to finish her ensemble for House of Harlow 1960.
“Making these earrings for my sister is a moment I will never forget,” the proud older sister Nicole Richie wrote on her Instagram story.
Sofia Richie wore another Chanel Haute Couture gown for the ceremony itself.
The neckline of the dress was halter style. She accessorized her handmade gown with a dazzling veil that she fastened to her low chignon. She was radiant and beautiful without lifting her veil.
By sharing a clip of the moment she tossed her bouquet, the bride herself gave fans a sneak peek at her wedding attire and hairdo.
She wore a Chanel Haute Couture two-piece minidress set as her third and final Chanel custom dress.
She wore it at the reception that followed the ceremony.
“This, to me, is like my little girl dream,” the young bride said. “And the fact that it is inspired [by] Claudia Schiffer’s runway dress is iconic and dope.”
In 2021, Sofia and Grainge started dating and by 2022, they were engaged. Prior to the wedding, Richie became a practicing Jew.
