Chilling Words Virginia Giuffre Shared Shortly Before Passing Away
Before she passed away, Virginia Giuffre made a terrifying social media confession in which she claimed Jeffrey Epstein had sex trafficked her to Prince Andrew when she was just 17.
Giuffre’s family has unfortunately confirmed her death, and Western Australian police have described how she was discovered unconscious at her house in the Neergabby area, an hour’s drive north of Perth, Friday night (April 25).
“Police and St John Western Australia attended and provided emergency first aid. Sadly, the 41-year-old woman was declared deceased at the scene,” a police spokesperson said.
“The death is being investigated by Major Crime detectives; early indication is the death is not suspicious.”
The 41-year-old said on social media a few weeks before she passed away that she had “four days to live” following a vehicle accident and that she was “ready to go,” but not before spending “one last time” with her three children.
In December 2023, Giuffre praised her former husband Robert on Instagram, calling him an “amazing man” who “rescued me from Epstein & Maxwell’s clutches.” The two had been embroiled in a protracted legal struggle.
She faced accusations of violating a restraining order against domestic violence in Ocean Reef, near Perth. She did not enter a plea during the initial hearing of her case on March 14 at the Joondalup Magistrates’ Court in northern Perth.
According to Western Australia Courts, the case was postponed until June 11 for a plea hearing. At the time, Giuffre’s agent stated that she “looks forward to defending herself against [Robert’s] malicious claim.”
“My beautiful babies have no clue how much I love them and they’re being poisoned with lies. I miss them so very much. I have been through hell & back in my 41 years but this is incredibly hurting me worse than anything else,” she posted on Instagram, on March 22.
“Hurt me, abuse me but don’t take my babies. My heart is shattered and every day that passes my sadness only deepens.”
Then, on March 30, she shared a photo of herself in the hospital, stating that she had been in a major vehicle accident with a bus.
“This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km[h] [68mph] as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can,” she stated.
“I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology. I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time, but you know what they say about wishes.”
“S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life. Godbless you all xx Virginia.”
Although Giuffre’s family later claimed that police stated there was “no one available to come to the scene,” authorities at the time suggested the incident was “minor” and there were no reports of injuries.
The family statement continued, “They asked if anyone was injured and suggested that if they were, they should make their way to the hospital.”
“The school bus driver had a bus full of distraught children and left the scene to get them back, saying he would file a police report, which he did later.”
“Virginia was banged up and bruised and returned home. Virginia’s condition worsened and she was admitted to the hospital.”
“Concerning her Instagram post, Virginia thought that she had posted on her private Facebook page. Virginia and her family thank everyone for their concern.”
Giuffre’s three children survive her.
