A Lot Of People Are Not Sure That 50 Cent’s Extreme Transformation Was Real, And We Can’t Either

People are finding it hard to believe these shocking images of 50 Cent’s drastic weight loss is real, and they have gone viral.

50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III, is regarded as one of the all-time best rappers.

Popular songs by the Grammy Award winner include “In da Club,” “Candy Shop,” and “p.i.m.p.”

Despite the fact that 50 Cent is one of the most well-known celebrities in the world, his dramatic life change once left fans in a state of shock.

The internet went crazy over the resurfaced pictures of 50 Cent, who is often recognized for his bulky, muscular physique; many people couldn’t believe they were real.

Commenting on the images, one fan writes: “There is no way that is 50 Cent.”

“This is definitely not him; it has to be fake,” says another.

Someone else jokes: “No, this isn’t 50 cents; this is 15 cents.”

In addition to music, the 49-year-old rapper has achieved great success in the film and television industries.

He has almost 180 acting credits on IMDb. His most notable film role is in the autobiographical film “Get Rich or Die Tryin”, which is named after his debut record.

It’s also known to fans that he starred in, executive produced, and co-created the popular TV show Power.

However, some fans might not be aware that the rapper had a role in a movie where he had to go through a dramatic metamorphosis.

In just nine weeks, 50 Cent lost from 214 pounds to 160 pounds for the role by sticking to a liquid-only diet and logging three hours a day of treadmill running.

In an interview with Parade, the rapper revealed his manager became concerned over his weight loss and told him, “You better get yourself to a doctor.”

However, 50 Cent was determined to carry out his change since he had one picture in mind.

The ‘Baby by Me’ artist said: “I was so into what I was doing that I wasn’t really concerned with that. I just kept looking at myself in the mirror, feeling like I had to be smaller. I had to match.”

The rapper changed to portray a college football player who, at the height of his career, was told he had cancer.

The inspiration behind All Things Fall Apart was a childhood buddy who passed away from the illness.

The rapper from “Many Men” didn’t always consume solely liquids.

50 Cent was shot nine times in 2000, including in the face, leaving him unable to chew solid food. However, he claimed that losing weight for All Things Fall Apart was far more difficult.

“This time it was a lot tougher for me,” he told Associated Press (via Billboard). “I had to discipline myself not… to actually have myself be in the physical state to convey the energy I felt. It’s a passion project for me.”

The 2011 direct-to-video drama All Things Fall Apart also stars Lynn Whitfield, Mario Van Peebles, and Ray Liotta.
