Nice Guy Gets Pushed By A Bad Boy And Instantly Regrets It
When was the last time you laughed so damn hard that the next day you had swollen abs?
In Psychology Today’s article “Happily Ever Laughter” a study reveals that “by the time the average kid reaches kindergarten, he or she is laughing some 300 times each day. Compare that to the typical adult, whom Martin recently found laughs a paltry 17 times a day. (Men and women laugh equally often, Martin adds, but at different things.).”
A lot of research these days show that laughter is cure for many different ailments including depression. As well as exercise, gratitude, healthy eating, a good night sleep, me time, meditation, laughing has a very important role in our lives to sustain overall health.
Somewhere I even read that the meaning of life is to laugh more, which made a lot of sense to me back then!
Laughing releases a neurotransmitter in our brain, or so-called dopamine, that produces feelings of happiness and compassion.
It also makes you feel good and it’s contagious. The brain is so bugged to respond positively to laughter that the brain can’t help it, even if that smile is us looking in the mirror! Yes it’s true.
Luckily, people have found many ways to entertain us and make us laugh.
The Karate Kid Hidden Camera
An actor (the Nice guy) passes next to a bad boy who pushes him on purpose with his shoulder. We all know that move is a call for fight, and the Nice guy responds in a very unusual way.
Laugh more people, we need it all!
