Experts Warn: Don’t Forget This Key Item When Preparing For Global Conflict
People are preparing for the possibility that World War 3 will break out soon.
One of Vladimir Putin’s generals, Apti Alaudinov, implied last month that a third world war had already started, even though it hasn’t happened yet (and hopefully never will).
Russia’s ally Iran and Israel have been engaged in combat for weeks. Alaudinov encouraged the Kremlin to raise more troops in light of this in order to deter future attacks on Russia.
“We need to prepare at least half a million people in advance,” he said. “But realistically one million people. We need to call them up and start preparing them for the fact that the war has already begun, which we already know is happening – World War 3. But it has already taken on a new turn and a new momentum.”
Alaudinov added, “And so that no one dares to play with us the way they played with all the other countries, and now with Iran. Believe me, we all need to unite, unite, unite at all levels.”
Adding to people’s fears, Prime Minister Keir Starmer raised concerns about nuclear warfare in particular in the UK government’s newly announced National Security Strategy.
Part of it read, “The threat to the UK and our allies from nuclear weapons is once again growing.”
“Tackling this challenge is likely to be more complex than it was even in the Cold War, with more states with more nuclear weapons, the further proliferation of nuclear and disruptive technology, and the failure of international arms control arrangements to keep pace.”
We can all probably agree that we do not want World War Three to occur, whether or not it is a nuclear conflict, but if you are really concerned about this frightening possibility, there are steps you can take to get ready.

The UK government’s ‘Prepare’ campaign provides instructions on what to do in the event of a power outage during an emergency (i.e., World War Three).
One unexpected item is a wind-up radio. “There might be updates communicated by radio during a power cut,” says the UK government.
“A car radio can be used, however in severe weather it might be safer to stay inside. Write down on paper the frequencies of any local or national radio stations you use for news updates.”
It’s recommended that you obtain a wind-up torch as well when you’re buying anything wind-up.
