Biohacker Claims 90 Days Of Oxygen Therapy Reversed His Biological Age To That Of A 10-Year-Old
After undergoing oxygen therapy for ninety days, a self-described biohacker who has spent an astounding $2 million to “live forever” has shown some crazy outcomes.
It’s reasonable to say that Bryan Johnson’s long and rigorous experimental medical program, which aims to “reverse aging,” has been a huge success thus far.
Johnson is doing everything he can to stay as young as possible, including utilizing his son’s blood and adhering to a rigorous diet.
The biohacker, who is in his late 40s, has claimed in the past that his bizarre experiment gave him the “lung capacity of an 18-year-old” and the “heart of a 37-year-old.”
Johnson has started a 90-day hyperbaric oxygen therapy regimen, which is a medical procedure in which a patient breaths pure oxygen in a specific chamber with elevated air pressure, allowing the body to absorb a lot more oxygen.

Wounds, infections, and many other illnesses affecting that part of the body can all be helped by this additional oxygen.
Over the course of 90 days, Johnson finished 60 workouts, each lasting 90 minutes.
Johnson said in a video posted to his YouTube channel that he observed a 1000 percent increase in akkermansia, which is associated with better metabolic and digestive health, and a 300 percent expansion in blood vessels.
Additionally, Johnson’s use of the oxygen therapy for the previous three months resulted in a 28 percent decrease in a marker for the likelihood of getting Alzheimer’s.
Additionally, Johnson’s entire body’s skin was “transformed” by the process, and his UV-damaged skin improved by about 10%.
The experiment also measured ‘biological age and health’, which are mostly determined by telomeres, which are found at the ends of chromosomes.
It was discovered that Johnson had that of a ten-year-old, demonstrating the remarkable influence that oxygen therapy has had on his quest to “live forever.”
Johnson has drawn a lot of flak online for some of the outrageous things he has done to stay young, such as disclosing his and his son’s “erection data.”
The pair’s sleep efficiency, average erection quality, total duration, and number of erection episodes were among the data.
Johnson’s average erection quality score was 94, which was higher than his son Talmage’s score of 90.
In comparison to Talmage, the biohacker experienced one fewer erection episode but also had significantly higher sleep efficiency.
