Very Disturbing Allegation Cassie Has Made Against Diddy In Explosive Court Case
As the Diddy trial proceeded on Wednesday, May 14, Cassie Ventura broke down as she neared the conclusion of her evidence in court.
Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, was arrested and accused with sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, all of which he denies. Diddy’s high-profile court trial began on Monday, May 12.
His ex-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, took the stand on Tuesday, May 13, following the opening statements made by the prosecution and defence on Monday, May 12. She described how Combs allegedly “punished” her during their relationship, which lasted intermittently from 2007 to 2018.
When asked why she had chosen to testify, a very pregnant Ventura broke down in tears as her testimony resumed on Wednesday.

“I can’t carry this anymore,” she told the court, as per Sky News. “I can’t carry the shame, the guilt, the way he treated people like they were disposable.”
“What’s right is right, what’s wrong is wrong. I came here to do the right thing.”
Today, Thursday, May 15, is the next day of the trial. Combs’ defence attorneys will cross-examine the 38-year-old model.
Here are all of the accusations she has made in court.
Cassie tried to avoid one particular thing during freak-offs
Ventura went into great detail about the supposed freak-offs and claimed that they made her feel “humiliated” and “horrible about myself.”
When asked in court if there was anything specific she would try to avoid in the supposed sex ‘parties’, Ventura said, “I tried to avoid kissing, it seems too intimate. But [Combs] told me to do it, to kiss the escorts.”
Combs would ‘blackmail’ her with recordings of her having sex, Ventura added, citing an instance on her 29th birthday when he ‘took’ her away from her pals for a ‘freak off’.
Rape allegations
Ventura claimed during her testimony that Combs had raped her at her Los Angeles residence after she had just informed him that she wished to end their relationship.
“I just remember crying and saying no, but it was very fast,” she said.
She went on to tell jurors she did engage in consensual sex on a subsequent occasion, explaining, “We’d been together for over 10 years. You just don’t turn feelings off.”
Diddy accused of blackmailing Cassie on multiple occasions
“It is horrible and disgusting. No one should do that to anyone,” she said of the freak-offs and their recordings. “It could ruin everything I worked for, make me look like a sl*t. I wasn’t supposed to be on those videos. I didn’t want to be in them.”
The mother also said that when she began dating someone else, Combs threatened to make the videos of her public.
She also talked about a 2013 trip to Cannes, where she said the rapper told her he was “going to embarrass me and release them” after playing a recording of a freak off on his laptop while other people were nearby on a commercial aircraft to New York.
Cassie hid injuries from loved ones
Ventura also talked about how, in order to protect her loved ones from the severity of Comb’s abuse, she concealed her wounds from them.
She claims that after he slammed her into a bed frame in one of the alleged incidents, she sustained a “pretty significant gash” above her left eye.
She said that his security team transported her to a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon instead of the hospital.
As she spoke, jurors were shown pictures of her with a swollen lip after the incident.
She claimed that a friend of hers had “seen me with black eyes and busted lips before” and was “extremely upset” after seeing her injuries.
Diddy’s alleged threats to her and Kid Cudi
Cassie talked about her 2011 brief relationship with Scott Mescudi, better known as singer and rapper Kid Cudi.
When he learnt, she claims Combs kicked her in the back and came at her with a corkscrew.
Next, he threatened to detonate Mescudi’s vehicle.
The physical and mental impacts of freak-offs
When asked if the freak offs affected her health, Ventura stated she often got urinary tract infections (UTIs) and had gastrointestinal issues.
She told the court that they had a psychological impact as well, making her feel “gross” and “really empty.”
She claimed that she began experiencing “flashbacks” and suicidal thoughts in early 2023, so she sought treatment in a rehab facility and underwent trauma therapy.
It’s ‘difficult to know’ how many freak offs she took part in, but Ventura maintained it was in the hundreds.
When asked if she has dated anyone after the breakup in 2018, she said, “No.”
What happened at the freak-offs?
Cassie had previously stated that the longest “freak-off” she had been forced to participate in lasted four days.
Cassie added that the ‘freak-offs’ were’sexual encounter[s] called voyeurism’ in which Combs would watch her have sex with another man.
Cassie thought back to the first time she had encountered these ‘freak-off’ events.
“I remember my stomach falling to my butt,” she said. “Just the nervousness and confusion… I had just turned 22.”
According to Cassie and the BBC, it involved hiring an escort, and Combs would watch her with another man while guiding them.
She explained how she ‘liked him [Combs] very much’ and ‘wanted to make him happy’ in the end, even if she didn’t want to get involved.
Ventura ‘felt like she was choking’ after Combs’made an escort urinate into her mouth,’ which is one of the claimed horrifying acts.
What Combs’ attorney has said
“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifilo told UNILAD at the time, in response to the news of his detention.
“Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children, and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.”
“To his credit Mr. Combs has been nothing but cooperative with this investigation and he voluntarily relocated to New York last week in anticipation of these charges. These are the acts of an innocent man with nothing to hide, and he looks forward to clearing his name in court.”
The anticipated duration of the experiment is around eight weeks. Combs may spend up to life behind bars if found guilty.
