An American Woman Claims To Be Madeleine McCann And Provides DNA Test Results As “Proof”
With DNA “proof,” an American woman is making some outrageous claims that she is Madeleine McCann, who vanished over twenty years ago.
When the British three-year-old child disappeared from her bed in 2007 while on vacation with her parents in Portugal, it garnered international attention.
Even though Madeleine’s fate is still unknown after eighteen years, Eugenea Collins asserts that she has the answers and that she is the lost girl.
The woman from Arkansas has been claiming on social media that she is the actual Maddy and even claiming to have “DNA proof.”
Although the Leicestershire girl’s birthday is listed as May 12, 2003, five months later, the blonde and blue-eyed 22-year-old was born on October 23, 2002, making her roughly the same age as Madeline.

Even so, Collins maintains that she is Madeline, telling the Daily Mail that she became doubtful of her identity after seeing Julia Wandelt, a Polish woman, on Dr. Phil’s talk show.
Before a DNA test revealed that Wandelt’s claims were false, she had claimed to be the missing daughter of Kate and Gerry McCann.
According to the BBC, the woman has since been charged with stalking the family in the UK, which allegedly includes showing up at their house, sending a letter, and sending a barrage of messages.
Collins said: “If it wasn’t for me seeing her on the Dr. Phil show I would’ve never known. In a way her stupidity actually helped me find my family.”
“I saw the age progressions and it was like I was looking in a mirror. I just know I saw pictures of myself online and it says I’m missing,” she added.
As ‘evidence’, Collins also shared her ancestral DNA findings, which identify her as 68 percent English and Northwestern European, confirming her striking resemblance to the missing girl on TikTok.

Collins also claims she can’t get any formal ID and has ‘never seen an original birth certificate,’ adding: “The only thing I saw had someone else’s name wrote on it and they marked that out and wrote mine above it.”
Collins claims she has no relationship with her biological father, who she claims resembles a German convicted pedophile named Christian B. Her social media accounts reveal a convoluted family tree.
He was a primary suspect in the Madeleine disappearance case, but he was ultimately found not guilty due to insufficient evidence.
Collins said she met her father roughly three times, adding: “I was always told he was a little off in the head. We were never allowed to go around him. I never knew why.”

“When I first saw the photos of Christina B I instantly recognized that man. Christian B is the man I was told my whole life was my biological father.”
The mark in Madeleine’s eye and their dissimilarly shaped ears are two significant differences in comparative photos that have raised doubts about her belief.
However, Collins has an explanation for this: she found “scars” behind her ears.
Among her comments on social media, Collins penned: “I felt like something was missing from my life and I just couldn’t quite put my finger on it. The emptiness was just one of the worst things. The feeling of not belonging wasn’t just in my head it was because I actually didn’t belong here.”
She said after ‘figuring it out’, it feels ‘like this weight has been lifted off my chest.’
“This isn’t just another false alarm. I really am Madeleine McCann,” she reiterates.
