Watch This 8-Year-Old Sister Save Her Baby Brother From Kidnapping
A menacing Frankenstein lookalike kidnapper flees down the street with a toddler he just snatched from a playground, but behind him his big sister and brother came to the rescue in hot pursuit.
The Wright kids, (their last name is actually Wright) did the ‘right’ thing pursuing the kidnapper as fast as they could.
It was surely a dangerous thing to do, but what they did was indeed a heroic move for their young brother Owen.
It happened in the small town of Sprague Washington with a population just 500 people. Eight year-old named Alicia and 10 year-old Brendan were playing in the park near the babysitter’s house with their baby brother Owen who was just 22 months old.
The kidnapper took the chance to grab little Owen and took off. A surveillance camera got the tape while the menacing kidnapper run down the street, but seconds later we can see Alicia running down chasing him with her brother Brendan pushing down the stroller behind.
Alicia screamed her head off as she followed the real-life monster drawing the attention of two teenagers.
Personal safety expert known as ‘the safety chick’ says that screaming “help, stranger danger” and “this is not my father” can be the difference between life and death.
The kidnapper got too much attention drawn to him, and put Owen down in a vacant lot before fleeing.
Luckily for Owen, he had two heroes that didn’t let the kidnapper take him away.
After the story got a lot of attention, a 15-year old boy was arrested and pleaded guilty for snatching the kid from the playground.
