85-Year-Old Jack Nicholson’s Health Is Failing Due To Dementia – “His Mind Is Gone”
Actor Jack Nicholson is known for playing “Joker” the stunning performance in “One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest” and many more. But according to recent reports the actor health might be in grave danger.
Jack Nicholson is worldwide famous all over the globe. But the life on the screens is not the same as real life. Jack had his real life a little rough.
On April 22, 1937, John Joseph Nicholson was born in New York. The young boy grew up in New Jersey with his grandmother, Ethel Nicholson, who owned a beauty salon.
Jack believed that his grandma was his biological mom. His alcoholic father had left him when he was a child.
His sister, June, was working as a dancer when she was 19 and left to try to become an actress. When Jack turned 17, he moved to Los Angeles with an eye on following suit.
Tragic even struck in 1963. His sister June died of cancer, and Nicholson’s grandma, Ethel, died seven years later.
His beginnings in life was not like the ones we see on screens, perfect and careless. However, he strived to achieve success, and he did. But when he was 37, he received a phone call that would change everything.
The reported, during his research in 1974, uncovered a family secret that would change everything Jack think he “knew” about his family. The people Jack Nicholson thought were his parents had actually been his grandparents.
Furthermore, his supposed ‘sister’ June had been, in fact, his biological mother!
He refused to believe them, it was impossible for him. But his second ‘sister’ Lorraine (who was actually Jack’s aunt) confirmed the family’s secret during an emotional phone call.
“It was pretty dramatic event, but it wasn’t what I’d call traumatizing…I was pretty well psychologically formed,” Jack said of the revelation.
The identity of Jack’s father is unknown. Some believe it was June’s manager, others believe she wasn’t aware of who is the real father.
With all his reputation as bein a lady’s man, Jack is currently without any woman. The 85-year-old has completely withdrawn from the public eye and according to sources, “his mind is gone.”
According to sources, Jack “doesn’t leave his house anymore” and his kids are reportedly taking care of him. Jack, know as the lady’s man, had five children with four different women.
The source claims “Physically he is fine — but his mind is gone. It’s really sad to see such a super talented actor, like Jack, go out this way.”
While Nicholson’s team has not confirmed the claims, sources close to him hint that he has dementia.
Nicholson is currently spending as much time as he can with his children and other family members, to make up for the time he was away.
It is truly sad to see such a great actor completely withdraw from public life, and we wish him very best and we are praying for his well-being!
