12-year-old kid delivers the most epic motivational speech you’ll ever hear

Demarjay Smith was born Nov 7,2006 in the Bronx, New York. He is incredibly unique and motivating which is what caused him to go Viral in Sept.2015. His Video Titled “Strength No Weakness/The Young Jamaican Trainer” was viewed over 40 Million views in few weeks!

He began his journey when he saw his cousin being bullied due to his weight. Demarjay chose to use this as his catalyst to inspire not only his friends and family but the world over.

The “Jamaican Trainer” became famous at the age of 8 after a video of him went viral. His video has received over 220,000 views and was picked up by Ellen DeGeneres.

His YouTube channel has earned over 177,000 subscribers.

Smith is now a social media star, a fitness expert, a personal trainer and a motivational speaker. And he’s only 11 years old.

In the video that made him viral, the young Jamaican Trainer delivers a powerful motivational speech, reminding viewers of the value of hard work:

He says: “Either you work hard for it, or you don’t work hard for it.”

“Me and my brother work hard for our stuff. It don’t come easy, in life you have to work. You have to be the shark of the ocean, or the fish of the ocean.”

Demarjay’s energy seeps through the camera and his powerful messages prove that he is ahead of his years.

“All right, now we have to be the shark – take over everything, strength, no weakness, power, muscle,” he continues.

“You have to have that mindset so you got to come in here and dominate. When you say, ‘oh, there’s something wrong’, no, no, no! Don’t put yourself down, motivate yourself, keep yourself up, pumped and ready for any challenge.”

After witnessing his cousin being bullied, Smith became motivated to conquer his own fear of being bullied, and turned to exercise to build physical strength.
