Zoo Gorillas Taught Their Children A Lesson About The Birds And The Bees

When zoo gorillas taught their children a lesson about the birds and the bees, parents were taken aback.

The human audience, or the small gorilla watching intently from behind the massive silverback, had no effect on the gorillas, who engaged in physical ‘combat’ with each other.

“I don’t know if you knew it, but this is how babies are made,” a woman is heard saying to a young child. To find out more about this amusing zoo occurrence, continue reading!

An animal pair will almost certainly enjoy themselves if they are together.

When a male and a female animal are housed together in a zoo enclosure, it’s highly probable that they will entertain an audience.

That’s what transpired when a massive silverback gorilla flirted with a tiny female gorilla while a number of people were watching.

About the woman, one person remarks, “Poquito [little]“.

After making a fast round around a supporting beam, the male approached her and mounted her from behind.

“Okay, no, no, no! I’ve seen too much,” a young child exclaims, having soon realized what was happening behind the glass.

“Are they having ***?” Asks another. “Oh my God, I’ve never seen something like this with animals in real life.”

Moments after the enormous ape begins to sway his massive hips, a curious baby gorilla approaches for a closer look after initially observing from a distance.

A woman adds, “The child is coming to look. He’s checking what he is doing!”

A younger individual may be heard exclaiming “Oh no” in the background.

The woman continues, saying, “I don’t know if you knew it, but this is how babies are made,” to a member of her party. The young person says, “I know.

Time for a snack

The male gorilla continues mating as the young gorilla reaches out and places his palm on his posterior.

Not long after he curls his toes, the big ape gets apart and leaves, leaving the tiny one to observe the worn-out female as she slowly rises off the ground.

The female gorilla picks something up off the ground in front of her and puts it in her mouth as the small gorilla climbs the pole where the flirting began.

The woman quips, “She can’t walk anymore,” as she strolls into a little cottage inside the perimeter.

“She wanted to hug.”

Online viewers left many comments on this unexpected educational experience at the zoo, the majority of whom found it humorous.

A user comments, “That little one went to check…Patted on his back yep! [you’re] in!”

Mom, this is how you were made,” the child replies, “yes, I know.” A second joke about the dialog behind the camera.

According to a third, “Big Fella just got up and walked away when he was done. You could tell she wanted to cuddle,” while a fourth quips, “The way he lifts his foot and twitches his toes hahaha.”

One online fan, meanwhile, expressed gratitude for the chance to witness wild creatures in action, saying, “It’s fascinating to see animals so closely related to humans doing this so openly. It’s a natural part of life and they don’t care who sees. We’re the weird ones.”
