Zac Efron Pulled Out Of A Swimming Pool And Hospitalized
3:48 PM PT When questioned about why Efron was sent to the hospital for such a small incident, his representative emphasized once more that it was only a precaution. The representative did not, however, specify what was upsetting him in the pool.
2:18 PM PT When Efron was removed out of the pool and rushed to the hospital, his representative did not address how this might have been a minor event.
12:47 P.M. Pacific Time TMZ has been informed directly by sources that… Two workers at the property discovered Zac inside the swimming pool and hauled him out of the water.

Zac was sent to the hospital as a precaution following what an Efron representative describes as a “minor swimming incident” at an Ibiza home on Friday night.
He was discharged from the hospital this morning, according to reports, and he is doing well.
Photographers have been capturing Efron on camera in Ibiza, St. Tropez, Mykonos, and Paris for the past month as he travels throughout Europe. Earlier this week, he performed alongside Martin Garrix on stage, looking vibrant alongside the renowned DJ.
Zac is taking a much-needed summer vacation after landing a big part in the Jeremy Allen White movie “The Iron Claw” and costarring with John Cena in “Ricky Stanicky.”
He has more projects in the works as well, such as a pre-production “Three Men and a Baby” revival.
We have contacted the local authorities, but we have not heard back as of yet.
