Social Media Explodes After Spotting This Detail In Jeff Bezos’ $56m Wedding Photos

After spending $56 million on the wedding, Jeff Bezos married his bride Lauren Sanchez in a lavish ceremony in front of A-list celebrities in Venice.

On Friday, June 27, the founder of Amazon and his bride, Lauren Sánchez Bezos, a former TV anchor, was married in a mediaeval Italian city. Although the couple is thrilled, everyone is saying the same thing online, which could make them feel less happy.

That has to do with the visitors that the 61-year-old businessman and his 55-year-old partner invited.

Tom Brady, an NFL Hall of Famer, Leonardo DiCaprio, Sydney Sweeney, Orlando Bloom, Oprah Winfrey, and nearly every member of the Kardashian-Jenner family were listed on the guest register.

Although his daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner attended the wedding, Kourtney Kardashian and President Donald Trump declined the offer.

Online users were very critical of the third-richest man on the planet’s wedding guest list, saying that the couple had no “real friends” and that it was merely a show of their wealth.

“I love how Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez have no real friends. like why are you inviting Sydney Sweeney and Ellie Goulding to your 200 person wedding,” one user posted on Twitter.

A second typed: “Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez only had 200 people at their wedding, and they invited Sydney Sweeney, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Tom Brady. My conclusion is that they don’t have any real friends.”

While a third added, “Weddings like this aren’t about friends they’re about projecting status. Small number = exclusive, A listers only = look how important we are.”

“It’s pretty sad how someone as wealthy & powerful as Bezos still engages in these games & how it’s pretty much just his mid life crisis.”

However, several people disagreed, supporting the newlyweds by pointing out that a wedding with 200 guests is a significant occasion.

“Lol nobody has 200 friends let’s be real. People just invite the uncle of the nephew of the sister of that guy they talked to once back in college to pad the numbers, or they invite a hundred cousins they can’t even name if they come from a big family,” one user claimed.

Another commented, “TBH, if I had even a fraction of the money they have, I too would be inviting random celebs to my wedding lol. Sending an invite to Beyoncé & Dakota Johnson? Why the hell not.”

One user, meanwhile, pointed out that they most likely get the opportunity to socialise at fundraisers, balls, and galas that are attended by the wealthy.

“I think you’re also forgetting that they see these people go to high ticket national and international fundraisers, balls, and galas. They do genuinely see these people a lot,” they said.
