When Melania asked about her family, the woman replied that she had two sons in a mixture of Serbian and Slovenian. During his visit to the Pacific Palisades, President Trump questioned officials about the delays in rebuilding.
As Mayor Karen Bass brought attention to safety concerns, Trump criticized FEMA’s inefficiencies and red tape and pushed for faster operations.
This trip, which combined efforts to show bipartisan governance with disaster aid, was Trump’s first since regaining office.
