Lip Readers Revealed What Kelly Rowland Said In A Viral Argument With Cannes Security Guard
She is drawing that line. Kelly Rowland defended herself against a security guard in a Cannes red carpet video that quickly went viral.
During the world premiere of Marcello Mio, the singer made her Cannes debut; nevertheless, she was interrupted mid-photo shoot.
Photographs and a video featuring Rowland went viral after it seemed the singer was fighting with a security guard at Cannes.
Rowland was still waving to photographers and fans at the Palais des Festivals so they could get a picture when a security guard gestured for her to begin walking up the stairs. Then, three security guards formed a blockade, and a female security guard hurriedly took her up the Palais stairs.
With visible rage in her eyes, Rowland gestured with her finger at the security officer. Even though the audio may not be audible, a lot of admirers have figured out exactly what she said.

Rowland reportedly told the security guard, “Don’t talk to me like that, you’re not my mother, don’t talk to me like that,” according to the majority of lip reading fans.
Podcaster Tarek Ali quoted a video of the incident on X, “I dont need no lip reader, she’s RUSHING and moving her along like she’s a +1 AND blocking photographers view of her face and look. And from the way Kelly FIRST spoke I can tell she was trying to be respectful & ol girl got RUDE as the French always do so Kelly let her have H TOWN!!!”
The Destiny’s Child singer was “advocating for herself” amidst the mayhem of the red carpet, a source close to her told Daily Mail.
The source revealed, “The people who are assigned to helping stars walk the red carpet were being aggressive and Kelly was trying to ignore it.”
“By the time she got to the last woman she had had it because she scolded Kelly and told her to move when she was trying to wave to fans and help the paparazzi get their shot. “She doesn’t care if she comes across like a diva if she knows that she is advocating for herself. She isn’t fake and wanted to set a clear boundary,” they continued.
Weeks before to the incident, Rowland left the Today set because she wasn’t happy with the changing rooms. The Mea Culpa actress “and her team were not happy,” according to Page Six.
“They did not like the dressing room, so they decided to pull her off the show, leaving [Kotb] without a guest host for the 10 a.m. hour,” one source stated.
Jennifer Lopez apparently used one of the larger dressing rooms when she and others played a game of “musical dressing rooms” at 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
