According To A Source Gwen Stefani, 53, Is Finally Pregnant With Blake Shelton
Together, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton make up one of Hollywood’s cutest couples. From the commencement of their romance in 2015, when they were both coaches on “The Voice,” to their regular social media posts about one another, where they constantly profess their love for one another, the couple has shared a lovely high-profile romance for over seven years.
After dating for more than five years and routinely raving about each other in interviews and on social media, it became a huge question if they’d ever get married, with the couple frequently having to deflect queries about any alleged engagements. Shelton then proposed to Stefani in October 2021 inside a chapel he’d erected himself on his Oklahoma ranch. Shelton announced his engagement to Stefani on Instagram, writing that Stefani “saved his 2020.”
The wedding took place in July 2021 at Shelton’s ranch in Oklahoma, and “The Voice” presenter Carson Daly performed the ceremony. Since then, the couple has been blissfully married and even performed together while introducing the other as their husband or wife.

“It went from dreadful to hopeful, and you just don’t know what’s going to happen next,” Stefani told Harper’s Bazaar.
Their relationship quickly grew into a fairy-tale romance, and the world watched as they began dating. When the two finally married, Shelton wedded not only Stefani but also her three sons. I’m not sure if being a stepfather is easier, harder, or not as difficult as being a biological parent.”
Following years of infertility treatment, Shelton may soon find out if he is indeed a biological father, as reports indicate that Stefani, 53, is expecting the couple’s first child.
An apparent source close to the couple confirmed the couple’s pregnancy in a Life & Style Magazine article. In Stefani’s words, she “wanted nothing more than to give Blake his child.”
Their inability to conceive naturally led to the “Sweet Escape” singer undergoing multiple rounds of IVF, as stated by the source. But those early attempts proved fruitless.
“She’d given up on it because it wasn’t working and it was too emotionally grueling, but then she wanted to give it one more try,” the source furthered.
Unfortunately, perseverance rewards only the patient and devout. It appears that the couple conceived after visiting a top expert in Los Angeles: “Gwen prepared herself – eating healthy, meditating, going to acupuncture sessions. Gwen has done it everything.”
With the new baby on the way, it looks like the couple is ready to settle down and enjoy family life. Sources say that Shelton “wants a girl,” and that he has already taken initiative to get their Oklahoma ranch ready for a female addition by constructing a crib, doing some nursery DIY, and purchasing pink cowboy hats and boots.
When the couple attended the NYWICI Matrix Awards on October 26, 2022, Stefani’s baby belly was barely hidden behind her fitting pink dress, and some fans saw the couple’s plus one.
