A Hit-And-Run Driver Killed An Actress And Model While She Was Fixing Her Wheel On The Side Of The Road
While repairing a wheel along a highway, a hit-and-run driver killed the actress and model.
While traveling in a car with two pals, Kamylla Cristina Rosa de Oliveira’s driver detected an irregularity.
They noticed that one of the wheels was missing several bolts after pulling over on the side of the road.
22-year-old Kamylla offered to mend it.
However, she was gravely hurt when a different driver—who was apparently speeding—ran her over as she was arriving at work.
Kamylla was dead when emergency personnel got to the site in Piracanjuba, southwest of Brazil, even though emergency services had been summoned.
After spending some time at a festival in Caldas Novas, the three friends were returning home to Goiânia.
The motorist who struck Kamylla tragically on Tuesday night, February 13, is still unidentified by the police.
Her pal Bruno Souza told local media: “The car stopped, the driver looked back, and he sped away when he saw what he had done.”
On the GO-217 state highway, Kamylla was struck while she was standing next to the front wheel.
Their other companion was standing next to the back wheel, and Bruno was inside the vehicle.
The car scraped the latter’s arm, causing only minor injuries.
She couldn’t recall anything about the car since she and Bruno were so surprised.
The police are looking into the situation as possible manslaughter.
Kamylla was a publicist, model, and actress.
She performed as an extra in the musical drama TV series “Rensga Hits!” under the stage name Mila Maria.
She had aspirations of becoming a well-known actress, according to local media.
She was going to start her own advertising agency with a friend.
She was buried on Wednesday, February 14, in Goiânia.
