Proud Boys Warn Trump: Support Could Vanish If He Starts Conflict With Iran
Let’s just say that Donald Trump has a lot on his plate in the White House.
While many people still support him, others are increasingly critical of him after the weekend attack on Iran’s nuclear sites launched a new chapter in his second term as president of the United States. The Trump-supporting right-wing extremist group Proud Boys just conveyed a strong message to the president.
The globe is in shock by Donald Trump’s strike on Iran’s nuclear sites. In his speech to the American people on Saturday night, the president called the launches a “spectacular military success.”
“The U.S. military carried out massive precision strikes on the three key nuclear assemblies in the Iranian regime: Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan,” Trump said in a national address from the White House.

“Our objective was the destruction of Iran’s nuclear enrichment capacity and a stop to the nuclear threat posed by the world’s number one state sponsor of terror.”
Leaders around the world reacted quickly. Abbas Araghchi, the Iranian foreign minister, called the incident “outrageous” on X.
“The events this morning are outrageous and will have everlasting consequences,” Araghchi wrote on X. “Each and every member of the UN must be alarmed over this extremely dangerous, lawless, and criminal behavior. In accordance with the UN Charter and its provisions allowing a legitimate response in self-defense, Iran reserves all options to defend its sovereignty, interest, and people.”
World leaders react after the US strikes Iran
Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel, declared that Donald Trump’s action would “change history.”
“President Trump and I often say: ‘Peace through strength.’ First comes strength, then comes peace. And tonight, Donald Trump and the United States acted with a lot of strength.”
The situation in the Middle East is precarious. China denounced the attack, while UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres cautioned that the strikes would cause a hazardous escalation in the region. Furthermore, the complex Middle East scenario “remains volatile and stability in the region is a priority,” according to a post by UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer on X.
After the walkout, Donald Trump’s domestic supporters seem to be sticking by their president. However, the right-wing extremist group Proud Boys is one that has threatened to stop supporting them. Donald Trump pardoned their former commander, Enrique Tarrio, for his conviction related to the attack on the Capitol in Washington on January 6. He met with Donald Trump in Florida only a few weeks ago.
Strong feelings from all political persuasions have been evoked by the Iranian strike. However, they claim that a line has been crossed, even though the Proud Boys may have previously supported Trump to some extent.
Proud Boys says Trump will lose their support if he engage in Iran war
The extremist organisation said on social media that if the United States got engaged in the Israel-Iran dispute, they would not be able to support Donald Trump.
“If the United States gets directly involved in the Israel-Iran conflict, the voters that voted for Trump because there was a hope that Trump was America First can no longer support Trump,” the Proud Boys account posted on Telegram on Wednesday last week. “America First does not mean war for Israel. Donald Trump, focus on the health of our nation, period. We are crumbling. We are crippled with debt with no plan for a solution. Be the President you ran as.”
