A Man Finds Out That His Late Wife Cheated On Him For More Than 30 Years. Then Kids Get DNA Tests
After learning that his late wife had cheated on him for more than thirty years, a guy opened up on Reddit. When he discovered that his late wife had betrayed him, he plotted to exact revenge on her.
In the interim, the guy decided to organize his wife’s possessions because he would need to wait two weeks for postmortem papers before burying her.
He went through her belongings with the help of his son. After charging her devices to check if they were still functional, they discovered a pile of documents. Upon closer inspection, the man discovered they were love letters from an unidentified individual.
The Redditor dated his spouse for seven years before getting married in 1986. After being married, they made the decision to relocate to the woman’s little hamlet. “We met at a holiday camp in Scotland in 1979,” he clarified.
Four days a week, he worked night shifts while his wife took care of their kids at home. Before learning of the love letters following his wife’s passing, he thought he had the ideal existence with her. The man discovered the same man’s texts on her devices as well. When he saw the texts, he was taken aback and couldn’t believe his wife had cheated on him.
The man with whom her wife had an affair passed away seven years before her death, according to the OP (original poster). Being a family friend who frequently dropped by their house in OP’s presence and left before OP left for work, he knew the man quite well.
When he inquired about if his kids had ever seen the man while he was away, they denied it. He said, “She had been having an affair that started in the first year of the marriage.” This enraged OP because their affair continued for as long as the man lived. He also found out that their romance had been known to the entire hamlet.
OP learned that the man believed one of their four children was his after going through all of the texts and letters. His kids had different reactions when he informed them about it. While two of his children informed him they were certain he was their father and declined to take the test, the other two expressed their desire to participate in a DNA test.
In the meantime, the OP felt so hurt by the disclosure of his wife’s infidelity that he desired to exact revenge on her. He made the decision to disregard his wife’s wishes because he knew she preferred to be buried next to her parents.
Rather than burying her in England, he sent her body 300 kilometers from the village. When the people witnessed him removing the body, they became enraged.
The fact that they had never informed him about his wife’s adulterous affair made OP indifferent to their feelings. He informed them that even if they went the legal path, he would never permit them to bury her close to her parents because he owned the land. The DNA Results
The DNA findings showed startling information, despite the fact that two of the Reddior family’s children were positive he was their father. As it happened, all four of his sons had different dads, and none of them were his.
According to their ancestry results, the boys had further siblings they were unaware of in addition to being half-siblings. He discovered the identities of the children’s half-siblings and fathers. The Redditor then began to plan his retaliation.
The Revenge
The distressed spouse went to a church gathering that had 250 attendees. He handed the pastor an envelope containing £200 (about $256) to cover the expenses of a memorial service he had planned for his wife, which he ultimately chose to have buried in a different town. But exposing everyone in the hamlet who had an affair with his wife was a part of his larger scheme.
The first person who had cheated on his wife when she was pregnant was the one he called. However, the Redditor’s wife became pregnant a few months after the man impregnated her. The Redditor informed the wife and also gave them a link to DNA test results to back up his claim.
When the Redditor asked the next person she called how long they had been married, they replied that they had been married for 28 years. After asking him why he had written his wife a love letter in the 1990s, the Redditor dropped yet another shocking revelation. Along with revealing that he and his spouse had conceived a child, he provided them with the DNA findings as evidence.
